I recommend using MBAM to remove the virus, its free. this is how to put back desktop/screensaver setting in display properties after getting rid of xp antivirus 08 files ~Regedit info when in regedit, look for the folder Hkey_current_user and click the little arrow on the left of it to show alist of other folders, then look for software and click arrow, then look for microsoft, then windows, then currentversion, then policies, then a folder with no list of folder called system, and on right side click on the middle/last file and rightclick, modify, and change the number 1 to zero (If Regedit doesnt work goto wiki.answers.com to enable it and if your task manager is disabled goto windowsxp.mvps.org If you want to create another video that might be easier to make I say go for it. I’m not sure why when i recorded this video it came out greenish. getmodernwarfare3forfree.weebly.com

READ DESC!! This is one of my “less edited videos”. I am suffering from a “Black screen of death” on my windows 7 x64 laptop. I can use everything normally in safe mode (how I’m uploading the video). The registry has been fixed and I have no idea what to do next. This all started after removing malware with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

iam not sure how to fix urs but u should restore it to a further date that might fix ur problem but u are going to lose some files so its up to u.
May I ask what you did before this error happened? Coz from my experience, it was my antivirus that caused the problem. After I updated it, this problem started happening. I was sure it was my antivirus because after I did the system restore, I tried restarting my computer without updating my antivirus, and there was no problem. Then after the restart, I tried updating it, then restarted my computer. That’s when the problem started again.
I’m really glad I helped someone.
thank u u are a legend
Anyone still need a solution for this? I just experienced this an hour ago.
What I did was I booted my computer
Pressed F8> then select “Repair Your Computer” from the list>
then login your account> Select The Keyboard Layout> Then select “System Restore”.
Just wait for the system restore to finish, then restart your computer. And it should work fine again.
