My default gateway is fe80::218:e7ff:fee9:41a6%10 and below it is 192.168.0.1 on the command.
I only have 1 DNS Server, the other is DHCP Server

static ip address is a fixed address that you give to your computer to help the router send data correctly to you. When you select dynamic ip address, the router manages all the ip addresses and sometimes, it is unable to route the data correctly. Theoretically, dynamic ip addressing is much safer but sometimes softwares like steam are unable to receive data. It all depends on how good your router is..
it is ipconfig /all (with a space in between) … it should work..you can use 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 as your dns if u want to.. they are better
what does static network do does it let people join your network and steal???
Instead of ipconfig /all you can use just ipconfig works the same way 🙂
im actually gettng a new problem now, i tried fixing the problem myself by uninstalling and re-installing steam. my games are bugged and this is the new error message im getting:
Steam.exe(main exception): To run Steam, you must first connect to the internet.
If u can help me it would be much appreciated. :>

I am getting an error message saying:
Unable to connect to steam network.’Offline Mode’ is unavailable because there is no Steam login information stored on this computer. You will not be able to use Steam until you can connect to the Steam network again.
I go to the Steam website and login but i dont know why i cant connect to steam from my desktop. What should i do?
