dude i need ur help or anyones help!! because my Test Drive Unlimited wont work the troubleshooter told me to delete all my REG_BINARY files in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SYSTEM>MountedDevices and after reboot they will re show and my game will run but now my desktop wont even load it gets to the blue screen just before my desktop shows and i can move my mouse and all that but thats it and i cant do the F8 thing cos i got a G15 and the fucking drivers wont load so i cant run in safe mode…HEEEEEEELP!!!

I have had a couple of Macs and loved ’em both! And now the Mac is running on Intel hardware with a Linux operating system. I’ve been tempted by a dual-boot (or even triple-boot) Mac (Mac, Linux, and Windows), but the price-performance of an Intel-based PC with plain ol’ Linux is hard to beat!

I feel (and share) your pain! I too am plagued with a Windows Vista machine. Short of buying a Mac or switching to Linux there are not many alternatives. I’m so tired of permission boxes popping up! Anyway, you might try Googling for “Windows Vista administrator account” (with or without quotes). With the real admin. account you can disable some of the irritations. The “Home” version is the worst, but other versions cost more. Let me know if there’s something specific! –SDB–
