Open a command prompt window, copy paste the above command, and hit enter.
you can also do this so you don’t have to worry about contents of startup getting deleted accidentally
REG ADD HKLMSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun /v ctfmon /t REG_SZ /d CTFMON.EXE

copy a shortcut of ctfmon into your start menu’s startup folder (rightclick startup in the startmenu > open, paste the shortcut here)
