may be caused by virus too
ntfs.sys failure may be caused by faulty ram modules especially by via or sis chipsets

can u help me? i delete something that i dont know, all it do is that it just stay at the window things and i can hear it but it wont move to the log in page
no press e
I received an “e” instead of a d when it showed up. Should I press d anyways and continue?
I just duplicated this issue on another computer after powering off without shutdown a few times, and the fix was to run scandisk from the other windows installation i had installed on another partition. Dual boot systems are really useful when your main OS misbehaves or has issues… Its hard to fix problems with a damaged or malfunctioning OS.
Nope, it shows all the system32 files loading for safe mode and then just freezes, I just reinstalled windows anyways
Does it finish booting in safe mode?
“Recovery CD” is the most misleading name ever!! I tell people to never use that goddamned CD, it should be called Wipe n Replace.
You might have converted your current drive to fat32 and not the external. Y9ou need to reconvert your current drive to NTFS..
Goddammn I hate captcha, why cant it just be a math problem…
Almost forgot, When the software asks where to copy recovered files it will be in that [RECOVERED FILES] folder..
STOP running the windows that you lost your info from. Purchase Ontrack EasyRecovery or Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery, Its best to use a different computer to extract the files you want/need. Put your lost data harddrive in the other computer and make a folder in it called [RECOVERED FILES] or whatever you want. Do not make any folders in your drive with the missing data. Follow directions, and you’ll recover most or all files. Good Luck
