It allows you to use the camera in the new iPhone 3Gs as a TRUE barcode scanner. Our apps live on your iPhone, not web based. You can truly enter a barcode or UPC number into a database field. This is a great feature for inventory control, sales, or just about anyone who needs to scan barcodes. Any app we incorporate this feature can be synced with any of our solutions running on a desktop.
